A calmer way to meet someone
Five introductions a day, chosen with care. You start by replying to something a person actually said — not by deciding in half a second whether to keep their face.

How it works
Six minutes, five prompts, answered in text or in your own voice. Verify with a quick selfie and you get a blue badge that stays out of your way.
Photos, prompts, intent, and what you are hoping for. No personality quiz.
Your Daily 5 arrives each morning — chosen for compatibility, not for how long you will keep scrolling. Nearby, Out & About and Moments are there when you want more.
Five is the number because five is what a person can actually consider.
Reply to a prompt, a photo or a Moment. They accept, chat opens, and you have 72 hours to say the first thing. No unanswered openers sitting there for weeks.
Likes stay private. Nobody gets pinged just because you looked twice.

Profiles lead with an answer, not a selfie. This is what a card looks like before you have said a word to each other.

My ideal Sunday looks like
Long walk, short nap, someone reading next to me who talks to the book.
I'll know it's a good connection if
We lose the thread of the conversation and neither of us minds.
The way to my heart is
Bring me a playlist with a reason attached to every track.
On weekends you will find me
In the cheap seats at the theatre, then arguing about it over noodles.
What I bring to a relationship
Steadiness, a decent curry, and genuine interest in whatever you nerd out on.
Something most people do not know about me
I learned Portuguese to read one poet properly. Worth it.
My biggest green flag is
I say what I mean the first time, kindly.
My idea of a perfect first date
Ninety minutes, one coffee, no phones. If it works, we extend it.

Trust and safety
Most of this is quiet by design. It is still the part we spend the most time on.
A live selfie in a pose we prompt on screen, matched against your photos. Change your main photo and it re-verifies. It confirms the photos are you — it is not an ID check, and we say so.
Report from a profile, a message, a prompt, a Moment or a post. Most reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and anything involving risk to a person jumps the queue.
Blocking works both ways, takes effect immediately and is never announced. You do not owe anyone an explanation for leaving a conversation.
Your date of birth, exact location, filters and deal breakers are never shown to anyone. Every optional field on your profile has its own visibility switch.
In their words
Five people a day sounded restrictive until I realised I was actually reading profiles again instead of thumbing past them.

The prompt reply is the whole thing for me. Someone answered the one about my grandmother’s recipes and we were three messages deep before either of us thought about a photo.

I liked that verification was a two-minute selfie and then never mentioned again. It just quietly made the whole app feel calmer.
